Sarla Memorial Government Girls College, Safidon is a prestigious educational institute that fulfills the academic need of a large number of girl students from surrounding rural and urban areas. This college has made a remarkable progress since 2011. I have happened to serve this renowned institute since 3rd of June 2024, during examination days of the current academic session. With lush green campus, good infrastructure, and well-equipped labs, classrooms (smart classrooms), along with learned faculty, my college offers General Pass Courses in Arts and Commerce streams. In addition to academic opportunities, it is ensured that the human values, ethics, and cultural norms be inculcated in Students so that they embark on a journey towards a better citizen. My vision in leading this college towards excellence corresponds with the motto enshrined in logo: "Shradhavan Labhate Jnyanam" -- faith in everything that is good, beauty and truth. We not only focus on academics but also encourage extracurricular activities and communication skills for the holistic development of young minds.
